Misuse & Safety

Cream chargers consist of Nitrous Oxide, a gas prone to misuse, similar to glue or solvents. Inhaling Nitrous Oxide poses severe health risks, including narcosis, asphyxiation, and potential fatality. Customers purchasing our products must confirm their awareness of these risks and commit to preventing misuse. We reserve the right to refuse sales and future business with anyone suspected of misuse, resulting in account suspension.
Effective from November 8, 2023, Nitrous Oxide is classified as a Class C drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 in the UK. Importation, exportation, supply, and possession are regulated by this act and associated regulations. Possession and supply of Nitrous Oxide are illegal if intended for wrongful inhalation.
Our strict policy prohibits selling goods to individuals under 18 or those likely to misuse them. By confirming your age, you acknowledge that providing false information is an offense. You also confirm no intention to supply goods to those under 18 or likely to misuse them.
Products are intended solely for preparing food and beverages. Packaging and labelling should align with the intended use and not be altered for any other purpose. All our products are sold to business customers only.
Keep our products out of children's reach. Before using our whipped cream making equipment, carefully read the manufacturer's instructions to safely charge your dispenser using cream whipping chargers.
Adhere to recommended usage: Release no more than 1 charger into a 1/4L whipper, and no more than 2 chargers for a 1/2L and 1L whipper. Exceeding stated limits may lead to explosions from excessive pressure.
Cream chargers contain liquid Nitrous Oxide under high pressure. Any attempt to pierce the sealing cap without proper equipment may result in explosion, injury, and severe freeze burns.
Warning: Do not incinerate or expose chargers to the sun or excessive heat (temperature must not exceed 50°C). Do not dispose of full, unused cream chargers, as they may cause injury to others.
Strictly avoid flying with cream chargers, as pressurized gas cartridges are prohibited on airplanes. Failure to comply may lead to prosecution.
